On March 15, twelve (12) fraud victims groups issued a press release supporting the recommendations contained in the FAIR Canada report, “A Decade of Financial Scandals” including our call for a new national expert agency to combat financial fraud. The victims groups are keen to take the initiative and be actively engaged in co-organizing and participating in a Summit on Investment Fraud Enforcement and have written to the Federal Minister of Justice and Attorney General and the Minister of Public Safety.
