On January 28, 2010, the Small Investor Protection Association (SIPA) issued a special report on investor protection. The comprehensive report, which was prepared by Ken Kivenko, Chair of SIPA’s Advisory Committee, lays out the major disasters that befell Canadian small investors during 2009. The report also updates SIPA’s 2004 Five Year Review.
