Ermanno Pascutto recently made a presentation at the Enforcement Conference hosted by the Ontario Securities Commission on FAIR Canada’s recent report on financial fraud. The report made a number of recommendations on fraud prevention, earlier detection, improved enforcement and providing better compensation for victims. There was an active discussion of FAIR Canada’s recommendations.
