In preparing our comment letter to the CSA on the Point of Sale Initiative, we reviewed the letter submitted by the Small Investor Protection Association (SIPA), dated August 26, 2009. The SIPA submission was well researched and written and we recommend that the CSA give serious consideration to its recommendations. We agree with the SIPA submission on many points.
