Industry Legend Anthony Fell: Advisors should be required to act in client’s best interests

Speaking at the recent IIAC 2010 Conference Forging Ahead in the new Financial World, Anthony Fell, the legendary Chairman and CEO of RBC Capital Markets, stated that the financial services industry has suffered from a decline in ethical standards. Mr. Fell called for regulatory changes to ensure that advisors are acting in the best interests of their clients.
