Toronto, ON | Stanley Beck is President of Granville Arbitrations Limited which provides arbitration and mediation services in commercial and labour disputes. Mr. Beck serves as a Director of a number of Canadian corporations and as Chairman of the Board of GMP Capital Corp. and of the 407 ETR Concession Company Ltd.
Mr. Beck was Professor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School from 1967 to 1990 and was Dean from 1977 to 1982. Mr. Beck specialized in corporate and securities law and was the author of numerous articles, case comments and contributions to books on corporate and securities law. From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Beck served as Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission.
